Orders and Shipping:

PROCESSING ORDERS:

Our goal is always to get your order to you as fast as possible.  If items are in stock, your order will be shipped within 2 business days.  Any amendments to an order, such as change in billing/shipping info, item style, size, or adding additional items to an order may delay your shipment.  

Back ordered or advanced sale items are items that are not yet in stock, but available for advanced purchase on our site. A back ordered item is shipped once it is in stock - you will be notified of the status of your item via email and will not be charged until the item has been shipped. Expected ship date for advance purchase product is indicated on the product detail page. Any changes to the delivery date will be communicated in advance.

By law, all orders shipped to addresses in California will be charged sales tax. 

WHERE WE SHIP:

We ship WORLDWIDE.  

SHIPPING COST:

We offer FREE GROUND shipping within the US for orders over $250.00.  Please allow 1 - 7 days for package delivery.  All items are shipped UPS.  For quick shipments we offer UPS 2nd Day Air at $35.00 and UPS Next Day Air at $65.00 (Saturday delivery not available).  Please note that we ship all packages from our California warehouse.  If you have a California address your UPS Ground package may arrive sooner than 5 days.  All packages are insured for the value of the contents and require a direct signature from recipient.  We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - A flat rate of $25.00 US Dollars on all orders over $300.00 US.  Please allow between 10 - 14 business days for delivery on all International orders.  

*CUSTOMS/IMPORT TAXES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS -  All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country.  For further information please contact your local customs office.  

ORDER TRACKING:

We will email you a tracking number once we expedite your order.  If you have questions about your delivery, please contact us directly.  We are not responsible for refused shipments.  

Returns and Exchanges:

PLEASE NOTE: ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL SALE ON THE FOLLOWING: SALE ITEMS, VINTAGE AND JEWELRY. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON SALE ITEMS.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason, we will gladly accept the return or exchange of an UNWORN item within 14 business days of receipt of purchase. 

For returns, a refund will be given in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 days of receiving your returned product.  

For exchanges, the difference will either be charged / refunded to the original payment method. In order to facilitate a return/exchange, please contact customer service - info@cheyannbenedict.  Please include NAME, EMAIL ADDRESS, and ORDER NUMBER in your email.  If you do not include this information we may not be able to issue the refund.  We will credit your original payment method, in full, minus original shipping charge,  
within 14 days of receiving returned item.

All products must be unworn and in original condition and packaging. All tags and stickers must be attached. Customers will be responsible for shipping charges to return the item. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the refund.

STUDIO SERVICES:  

We are available to accommodate studio services.  We do require a signed agreement and credit card for all studio / stylist pulls.  

WHOLESALE INQUIRES:
